Pine City Ambassadors attend retreat
      The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce's Pine City Ambassadors traveled to Camp Beckwith in Fairhope, Alabama on August 10-11 for their beginning retreat. During the retreat they learned to work together as a team and participated in activities that taught them to trust one another.

CAA accepting pre-kindergarten applications
      The Community Action Agency of Baldwin, Escambia, Clarke, Monroe and Conecuh counties has expanded services to include a pre-kindergarten program. For the third year classes will be conducted in the Coffeeville community of Clarke County.
