Stewart named assistant baseball coach at ASCC

Dr. John A. Johnson, president of Alabama Southern Community College named Kenneth Stewart, as the new assistant baseball coach for the Alabama Southern Eagles. Stewart will assist Head Coach, Scot Sealy of Satsuma, who is gearing up for his third season with the Eagles.

Stewart, a native of Citronelle, most recently served as a salesman with Grand Slam, Inc. in Mobile while completing his education. He graduated from Citronelle High School and pursued higher education at Faulkner State Community before transferring to the University of South Alabama where he received a bachelor's degree in education.

"We are excited about the experience that Kenneth will bring to our program," said Head Coach Scot Sealy. "We are looking forward to another great year of Alabama Southern baseball."

Alabama Southern Community College offers men's baseball and basketball and women's softball and basketball for its students interested in athletics.
