Skelton re-enlists in U.S. Army
Specialist Joseph R. Skelton, son of Mary and Steven Watkins of Jackson, has re-enlisted in the U.S. Army for three more years. He has completed one tour of duty at Fort Victory Baghdad, Iraq. Skelton trained in communications and fiber optics. He is attached to the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, N.C. He is tentatively scheduled for a second tour.
