Father's Day at Old St. Matthews
The Rev. C.C. McCants, pastor and overseer, conducted a Father's Day service at the Old St. Matthews Baptist Church No. 2 in the Lilly Valley community, Choctaw Bluff. Numerous pastors and friends were in attendance and enjoyed food as well as gifts that were presented to many of the fathers in attendance. Special honors were given to J.W. Andrews and Melton DuBose.
