Cards of Thanks

Matthew Blake Hartley and family would like to thank everyone who helped him during his wreck on May 14, 2007, on Gainestown Road. Thanks to Kevin Brunson with the ambulance service and Baptist Lifeflight, and all the nurses and doctors at the U.S.A. Hospital. Thanks to all the churches and anyone else who has made donations to help Blake during his recovery. Any donations can be made to several businesses in Jackson. Blake and his family ask that you keep us in your prayers during his recovery and additional surgeries he is going to have. God bless each and everyone of you and continue to pray for Blake.
