Locco - Creel announce October wedding plans
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Luigina Locco and the late Nicola Locco, and Lenore Aguayo and the late Juan Aguayo. Miss Locco graduated from Loch Raven High School in Towson, Md. in 2001 and is a 2005 graduate of Towson University receiving a B.S. in mass communications with a concentration in advertising. She is employed with a real estate and mortgage firm as an investor. Mr. Creel is the grandson of the late Lila Ruth and S.J. Creel, and the late Reginald and Rubye Glenn Armistead. The groom-elect graduated in 2000 from Jackson High School and in 2004 he graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in civil engineering. He is employed as a project engineer with the Office of Bridge Development of the Maryland State Highway Administration. Mr. Creel is currently attending the University of Maryland to obtain his master's of structural engineering.
The wedding will take place in Baltimore, Md., on October 20, 2007.
