Bailey donates
Leroy High School first grader Sarah Jo Bailey, recently had her hair cut for "Locks of Love". Locks of Love is a public nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. Jennifer James, a hairstylist at PA's in Jackson, snipped 10 inches of Bailey's long brown locks. Bailey is the daughter of Joe Bailey of Wagarville and the late Jennifer Bailey.
