Robert Coleman Glover Jr. Robert Coleman Glover Jr., a self-employed HVAC contractor and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps where he served in the Korean Conflict, died May 8, 2007 in his home at the age of 77. He was a native of Birmingham and a resident of Grove Hill. He is survived by his wife, Jean Glover of Grove Hill; daughter, Donna Blankenship of Grove Hill; half sister, Frances Harris of Hoover; two grandsons, Steven Shaner of Pine Bluff, Ariz. and Wesley Shaner of Chattanooga, Tenn. and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was May 11 in the chapel of Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill. Interment was in Jones Chapel Cemetery in Coffeeville.
