Kidnapping hoax Two teenage girls initially feared abducted have been located. They may be in almost as much trouble as they would have been had they been abducted. An army of FBI agents descended on the county to help local lawmen in a search and investigation. Reagan Wall, 14, and her cousin, Katelyn Day, 13, were reported missing from their Whatley home before dawn Sunday morning. Clarke County Sheriff's Investigator Ron Baggett said there was no evidence that the home was broken into. A friend of the girls told lawmen that she had talked to them on a cell phone and that they wanted to come home but couldn't. Eventually, a search located the girls at a home in the Liberty area Monday unharmed. They had gone there with someone. Baggett said he expects to charge the three teenagers, he just isn't sure with what. He said it was aggravating to have spent time and resources on what appeared to be a kidnapping only for it to turn out to be a hoax. He did say he was glad that the girls were located unharmed.
An investigation into other allegations continues, he added.
