WashCo Circuit Court releases results in six criminal cases The following are the results of criminal cases heard last week in the circuit court of Washington County: Kendyle Maro Cox, convicted of theft of property, received a 15-year suspended sentence, was placed on probation five years, ordered to serve one year and to pay restitution of $2,500. John F. Buhring Jr., convicted of burglary, received a 10-year suspended sentence, ordered to serve 16 months in the county jail and placed on probation five years. Eric Holloway was fined $100 for harassing communications and $500 for reckless endangerment. On the latter charge he received a 90-day suspended sentence and was placed on probation two years. Charles W. Manuel, convicted of felony driving under the influence, received a five-year suspended sentence, was ordered to serve a year in the county jail, placed on probation four years and fined $4,100. Jed Hare, convicted of theft of property, received a one-year suspended sentence, placed on probation two years and ordered to pay $8,990 in restitution. A similar charge against Melanie Hare was dropped. Darrell Moss, convicted of criminal trespassing, was fined $150, received a 30-day suspended sentence and was placed on probation a year.
All other cases were continued.
