Hylan Noble inducted into honor societies at University of Alabama

Hylan Noble participated in the tapping ceremony on the Quad at the Mound at the University of Alabama on April 6, 2007.

She was recognized for induction into the Blue Key Honor Society which recognized 45 seniors for their outstanding accomplishments in leadership, academics, service, character and diversity.

Noble was also inducted into the Order of Omega Honor Society which recognizes members of fraternities and sororities who have obtained a high standard of leadership, inspired others to achieve similar goals and also promoted mutual interests and helpfulness within the campus and local communities.

She is a member of the Student Government Association, a University of Alabama Athletic Hostess and an Ambassador for the College of Arts and Science. For the second consecutive year, she has been selected to fulfill the position of vice president of event planning (recruitment and social chairman) for Pi Beta Phi Sorority.

Noble is an upcoming senior who is majoring in psychology with a minor in personal and family studies.

She has been chosen to participate in research this summer at the University of Alabama Autism Center where she will assist in evaluating and working with families and children who have fallen victim to autism.

She is the daughter of Suzzane and Tom Noble, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Harrison Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Chet Noble, all of Jackson.
