Mr. and Mrs. Mike Tarleton (nee Lynn Skipworth) of Jackson announce the birth of a son, John Michael, April 16, 2007 at Mobile Infirmary. He weighed 6 lbs. and 7 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. I.G. "Skeeter" Tarleton and Mr. and Mrs. John Skipworth, all of Jackson.

Rayford Jay Howell

Mr. and Mrs. Jason Howell (nee Racy McKinley) announce the birth of their son, Rayford Jay Howell, born Sept. 25, 2006 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope at 8:10 a.m. He weighed 3 lbs. and 15 oz. and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Ruthie McKinley of the Liberty community of Jackson and the late Rayford A. McKinley. Paternal grandparents are Martha Howell of Jackson and the late Jim Howell. Jay was welcomed home by big brother, Colby Allen McKinley and cousin, Sawyer McKinley Knight.
