Sammie Earl Brown Sammie Earl Brown, 26, a resident of Grove Hill, died April 18, 2007 at his residence. He was a member of St. Luke Baptist Church in Grove Hill. He is survived by his mother, Glory Brown Leggett of Grove Hill; stepfather, Jimmy Leggett of Grove Hill; father, Sammie Lee Jones of Thomasville; three sisters, Cindy Brown of Wagarville, Rose Brown of Thomasville and Vince Brown of Grove Hill; brother, Tony Brown of Thomasville; grandmother Mary L. Brown of Grove Hill.
Visitation will be Friday, April 27 in the chapel of Jackson Memorial Funeral Home from 2-5 p.m. Viewing will be one hour prior to the funeral hour of 2 p.m., Saturday, at St. Luke Baptist Church in Grove Hill. The Rev. Robert Jackson, pastor, officiated and the burial will be in the church cemetery.
