WashCo criminal jury week begins April 30

Criminal jury week begins Monday, April 30, in Washington County Circuit Court, and the following cases are set for trials:

Judge Baxter

William Evan Deese, conspiracy to kidnap and conspiracy to burglarize; Louis Clifton Waddell II, sexual abuse and sodomy; Jesse Ketchum, theft of property and criminal mischief; Alvin Bernard Adams, murder; Charles William Manual, driving under the influence.

Natissha Reed, distribution of controlled substance; Bryan Covington, theft by deception - two counts; Bobby Weaver, sexual abuse; Robert Reed, burglary, theft of property; Lashunda M. Byrd, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shane McCray Snow, possession of controlled substance, possession of alcohol in vehicle, carrying pistol without permit; Shawn Woodard, robbery; Keith Abston, receiving stolen property; Tyler Stacey Carpenter, possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

Marc Kendyle, theft of property; Dexter Kenuatta Jones, burglary, assault; Darrell Moss, criminal trespassing; Jonathan Andre Parker, discharging gun into occupied dwelling; James M. Sipes, hunting after dark, hunting from vehicle, hunting from public road.

Jamie Williams, possession of controlled substance, attempting to elude police, driving without license; Terry Lee Williams, two counts of sexual abuse.

Judge DuBose

Steven Lee Hennis, theft of property; Arnold Williams, sodomy; Marion Turner Sr., sodomy; Frank (Pete) Dearman, harassment; Anthony Murphy, possession of controlled substance; Betty Ann Richardson, arson; April Dawn Knight, two counts of possessing/receiving controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scarlette Annette Orso, murder; Rayfield Rodgers, murder; Tom V. Lofton, criminal mischief, domestic violence, receiving stolen property; Linkton Ardell Jordan, robbery; Anthony Davis Jr., receiving stolen property; James Cecil Farmer, possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to elude.

Gary Robinson, distribution of controlled substance; Jeffrey Hutchinson, burglary, two counts of reckless endangerment; Roy Charles Overstreet, reckless endangerment; Leroy Quinton Patrick, theft of property; Thomas Vern Sullivan, possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melania Hare, theft by deception; Jed Hare, theft by deception; Aubrey Lane Barnett, possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia; John Francis Buhring Jr., arson, burglary; Michael Lee Harmon, possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse Leon Crager, theft of property; Terry Dearmon, discharging gun into unoccupied dwelling; Eric Terrell Holloway, domestic violence, communication harassment, reckless endangerment.
