Nelson wins scholarship

The Alabama Conservation District Employees Association selected Derrick Nelson of Jackson as their Area VI scholarship winner. He will receive a $500 scholarship to be used at the college of his choice. Nelson, a senior at Jackson High School, plans to attend the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
