Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week: +Harley Leroy Chastang, 54, of McIntosh was arrested March 12 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation. He was ordered to see the judge. (Chatom P.D.) +Ronald Duane Howard, 40, of Wagarville was arrested March 12 and charged with domestic violence/harassment. Bond was set at $1,500. +Barbi L. Allen, 34, of Citronelle was arrested March 12 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. +Amber Jennings, 19, of St. Stephens was arrested March 13 and charged with third degree criminal trespass. Bond was set at $500. +Barbara Washington, 22, of Chatom was arrested March 13 and charged with domestic violence/ menacing. Bond was set at $1,000. (Chatom P.D.) +Danielle Miller, 25, of Mavco was arrested March 13 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500. +Joseph Lambert, 37, of Prichard was arrested March 14 and charged with failure to pay child support. He was ordered to pay $2,891 to the Department of Human Resources. +David McNiel, 22, of McIntosh was arrested March 14 and charged with harassment. Bond was set at $500. +James Cecil Farmer, 35, of McIntosh was arrested March 15 and charged with failure to appear on charges of driving with a revoked license and displaying an improper tag, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to elude and no tag. Bond was set at $23,500 and he was ordered to pay fines totaling $440. +James M. Hurd, 21, of Millry was arrested March 15 on a warrant charging him with second degree rape. No bond amount was listed. +Connie Roney Williams, 26, of Chatom was arrested March 15 and charged with negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $500. +Terry Dunn, 36, of Chatom was arrested March 16 and charged with public intoxication and third degree domestic violence. Bond was set at $1,500. (Chatom P.D.) +Billy Ray Nelson, 46, of Citronelle was arrested March 16 and charged with failure to pay on a hunting after dark charge. +Elise Danielle Ross, 19, of Chunchula was arrested March 17 and charged with two counts of making harassing communications. Bond was set at $1,750. +Gabriel Adams, 24, of McIntosh was arrested March 17 on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on an insurance violation. He was ordered to pay $177.50. +Jimmy Howard Foster, 42, of Wagarville was arrested March 18 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to see the judge. +Robert Lee Whigham, 56, of Millry was arrested March 18 and charged with domestic violence/ second degree assault. No bond amount was listed.
+Vince Carlos Dearmon, 58, of Millry was taken into custody March 19 to serve 60 days on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
