King - Hixon to say vows April 7

Doris King and Eddie Lee Martin, both of Jackson announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Adriane "Acey" King to Anthony Hixon, both of Jackson.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, April 7, 2007, 4 p.m. at Jackson Street Baptist Church in Jackson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Albert Dean King of Jackson and the late Dorothy King.

A 1994 graduate of Jackson High School, she is currently employed with Wal-Mart in Jackson.

The prospective groom is the son of Elizabeth Hixon and Jerry Hixon Sr., both of Jackson and the grandson of Sammy Hixon of Monroeville.

Mr. Hixon is a 1988 graduate of Jackson High School and is employed with D & D Mobile Homes in Chatom.

A reception will be conducted at the National Guard Armory immediately following the ceremony.

Family and friends are invited to attend through the medium of the press. Dress is formal attire.
