Toddtown resident accused of raping runaway found at his home The Clarke County Sheriff's Department reported the arrests of two rape suspects this week. Thomas Earl Peters, of Thomasville, was arrested Feb. 29 for the rape of a 27-year-old woman. He was charged with rape, first degree. That same day Marshall Ray Robinson was arrested after a runaway teenager was found at his home in Toddtown. At first Robinson was only charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, however officers were told by the girl later that there had been sexual contact. He was then charged with two counts of rape, second degree. He was also charged with speeding and driving while license revoked. Other arrests booked through the Clarke County Jail include: Bessie Adams, giving false information to an officer, arrested by Grove Hill Police Dept. L.L. Baker, assault, third degree, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept. Ronny L. Boykin, giving false name/address to an officer, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. James Edward Brown, domestic violence, third degree, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. David Louis Carlton, theft by deception, second degree, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. Darrel Gene Cartwright, harassment, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept. Bobby Joe Chapman, menacing, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.
