LEGAL NOTICE FORECLOSURE NOTICE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness described in and secured by that certain instrument granting a security interest in real property from Sara Autry and Harold S. Causey, on August 2, 2000 to Acceptance Loan Company, Inc., and recorded in DMM Book 1165 Page 660 of the records in the office of the Judge of Probate of Clarke County, Alabama, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as owner of said mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby, has declared such indebtedness to be immediately due and payable and, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on March 30, 2007, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main door of the courthouse of Clarke County Alabama, the property described in an encumbered pursuant to said mortgage and situated in the County of Clarke, State of Alabama, and more particularly described as follows: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT OF PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN CLARKE COUNTY, ALABAMA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF JOE PEZENT LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE STREET, IN THE TOWN OF JACKSON, ALA.
