Resolution for CCARC

The Clarke County Commission recently approved a resolution designating March as Mental Retardation Awareness Month. During the Feb. 13 commission meeting, Commissioner Joe Hunt (left) presented CCARC's (Clarke County Association for Retarded Citizens), BeBe Garrett (center) and Saundra Nichols with a copy of the resolution.
