Students tour Hyundai plant
Students at Solid Rock Christian School in Jackson recently toured the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing plant in Montgomery. The tour included a video presentation and a tram tour with details about manufacturing a car from start to finish. The students witnessed the automobile being stamped, or cut, from a roll of metal. The inner mechanisms of the vehicle were added by robots and workers. When completed, the finished automobile was driven to the test track.
