Coffeeville mayor supports DuBose's view
Dear Editor:

I would like to say that I support Commissioner DuBose's position on the chairmanship of the county commission as stated in the guest column in the Jan. 25 issue of your newspaper.

We have been well served by the present method and I do not see any benefit to the public to change this method. A change may result in a chairman that I and my district have had no voice in electing and we have no representation.

Commissioner DuBose is to be commended because she worked very hard as chairman and her efforts were always for the good of the county.
