Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week.

*Martha Todd, 50, of Mobile was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the prohibition law. She was ordered to see the judge.

*Sam Wimbley, 55, of Millry was arrested on a probation revocation charge. He was held without bond.

*James Morgan Richardson, 29, of Leroy was arrested Jan. 23 on a probation revocation charge. Bond was set at $2,000.

*Calvin Franks, 34, of Millry was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Edward Jason Moseley, 23, of St. Stephens was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with second degree and third degree theft of property. Bond was set at $7,000.

*David Leon Weaver Jr., 26, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Jan. 24 on a probation revocation

charge. Bond was set at $2,500.

*Olivia Rivers, 27, of McIntosh was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with second degree theft of property. Bond was set at $1,500.

*Perry Spencer, 40, of Wagarville was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with theft of property. Bond was set at $1,500.

*Steve Alan Lucious, 31, of Whistler was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with DUI. No bond amount was listed.

*Joseph W. Lundy, 44, of Chatom was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Albert Prine, 32, of Vinegar Bend was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with DUI. No bond
