JIS students conduct bell ringing for Salvation Army
Jackson Intermediate School students recently conducted a Salvation Army bell ringing campaign to raise money for the needy during Christmastime. The school collected more than $1,300. Rhonda Gordon’s fifth grade class won the contest by collecting $130 and were treated to a free lunch at Dairy Queen.
