Jackson Women's League president Candy H. Overstreet (right) recently presented Graham Braswell, director of the Clarke County Association for Retarded Citizens (CCARC), with the Women's League's yearly donation. Overstreet said, "I am proud of the year we had. We have once again been able to donate over $5,000 to the community of Jackson."
