Washington County Sheriff’s Report

The Washington County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests during the past two-week period:

•Alton Willie Weaver Jr., 39, of McIntosh was arrested Nov. 29 and charged with violation of probation. (McIntosh P.D.)

•James Matthew Busby, 27, of Wilmer was arrested Dec. 2 and charged with violation of probation. No bond amount was listed.

•Kevin Law, 20, of Calvert was taken into custody Dec. 3 and held for investigation in connection with a second degree theft of property.

•James Franks, 55, of Chatom was arrested Dec. 4 on a probation revocation charge. Bond was set at $1,000. (Chatom P.D.)

•Rodney Dave Ward, 29, of McIntosh was arrested Dec. 4 on a probation revocation charge. Bond was set at $500.

•Charles Douglas Sullivan, 46, of Citronelle was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500.

•Angel Marie Weaver, 26, of Citronelle was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500.

•Charles Howard, 61, of Tibbie was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with second degree theft of property. No bond amount was listed.

•David Mitchell, 36, of Millry was taken into custody Dec. 5 to serve five days on a disorderly conduct charge.

•Alex Cleve Reed, 48, of McIntosh was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,000.

•Audrey Tate, 46, of Chatom was arrested Dec. 8 and charged

with failure to pay on a negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument charge. She was ordered to pay $597.
