Stringer takes oath
Washington County Sheriff-Elect Richard Stringer (right) took the oath of office during a swearing-in ceremony which took place in the commission courtroom of the Washington County Courthouse Tuesday morning. Administering the oath was Washington County Probate Judge John H. Armstrong. Stringer will be inaugurated and take office as the new sheriff
