Leroy reigns over Red Level

     The Leroy Bears came into the homecoming game against Red Level Friday knowing that a win would seal Region 1 for them. The Bears prevailed on that and took a 26-16 victory and the region championship.

     The Clarke County High School Bulldogs had no trouble this past Friday night as they ran though Central- Hayneville 49-0, spoiling the Lions' homecoming celebration and allowing the Bulldogs to complete the region slate with an unblemished record.

Washington County washes the Rams away

     Washington County celebrated senior night with a win over the Francis Marion Rambling Rams. Coach Wofford was proud of the way his seniors led the team to a dominating 40 - 0 win and even prouder of the character they showed hours before the game even kicked off.
