Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week: *Jimmie Dixon, 54, of Frankville was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with violation of probation. *Dottie Lyn Gardner, 39, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with menacing. Bond was set at $1,000. *Mitizi Lakail Byrd, 31, of Silas was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with three counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $1,500. *Gabriel Bernard, 32, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with two counts of failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked and speeding. He was ordered to pay $1,040.10. *Aaron Rodgers, 25, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with failure to appear on a public intoxication charge. Bond was set at $500. *Chuck Orso II, 24, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with third degree assault/domestic violence and violation of probation. *Aimie Nicole Beech Taylor, 25, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with failure to pay on four counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. She was ordered to see the judge. *Edward Lewis Jackson, 51, of Leroy was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with failure to pay on a DUI charge. He was ordered to pay $1,040. *Roger Lee Patrick, 38, of Semmes was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with violation of the prohibition law. Bond was set at $1,500. *Ashley Hardeman, 37, of Chickasaw was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,000. *Gwenita Santez Mitchell, 24, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with harassment. Bond was set at $500. *Tommy Lee Miller Jr., 55, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with two counts of failure to appear on charges of probation revocation and garbage violation. He was ordered to pay $253. *James Christopher Vital, 27, no address given, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500 and he was ordered to see the judge. *Earl Larue Weaver, 30, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with failure to pay child support. He was ordered to pay $3,556.20. *Ruth Ann Howell, 41, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with six counts of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument. Bond was set at $3,000. *Norman Weaver Jr., 31, of Chunchula was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with third degree assault/domestic violence and harassment. Bond was set at $2,000. *Bobby Howard Covington, 44, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was ordered to see the judge. *Calvin L. Jenkins, 31, of Mobile was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with first degree possession of marijuana. He was ordered to see the judge. *Dundre Ferome Petty, 28, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500. *Vincent Anderson, 30, of Hawthorne was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with failure to pay on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Bond was set at $5,000 and he was ordered to pay $206.10. *Adam Mose, 34, of Chickasaw was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with third degree assault/domestic violence. Bond was set at $1,000. *Charlie Young, 43, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with public intoxication and DUI. Bond was set at $1,700. *Jonathan Sharp Kelly, 23, of Mobile was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $3,000.
*Lauri Penn, 21, of Mt. Vernon was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with harassing communications. Bond was set at $1,500.
