Washington County Sheriff's Report

The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past two-week period:

*Christopher Taylor, 27, of Leroy was taken into custody Sept. 17 for a court appearance on a charge of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500.

*Phillip Fields, 30, of Wagarville was taken into custody Sept. 12 for a court appearance.

*Hernandiz Cortez Brown, 25, of Calvin was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. He was held without bond.

*Fred Kevin Freiheit, 48, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with harassment/ harassing communications and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000.

*David Curtis Weaver, 20, of Georgetown was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with harassment/ harassing communications and third degree domestic violence.

*James Sipes, 20, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 13 and ordered to pay restitution of $3,225.54 for a prior conviction.

*Terry L. Kirksey, 39, of Gilbertown was arrested Sept. 13 on a grand jury indictment for two counts of third degree burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.

*Arthur Brown, 50, of Calvert was taken into custody Sept. 13 to serve six months on a prior conviction.

*Thomas Horace Byrd, 28, of Citronelle was arrested Sept. 13 on a probation revocation charge.

*Trazon Reed, 52, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with failure to pay child support. He was ordered to see the judge.

*David Benjamin Cost, 36, of Chunchula was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with violation of probation.

*Dewayne Anlo Adams, 28, of Yazoo City, Miss. was taken into custody Sept. 14 on a warrant to hold for federal court in Mobile.

*Adrian Martin, 24, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with failure to appear on a charge of passing a stopped school bus. Bond was set at $2,500.

*Marcus Antonio McCarty, 22, of Mobile was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with failure to appear on a speeding charge. Bond was set at $500.

*Gerald Wayne Brunson, 52, of Calvert was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $1,500.

*Rayford Rivers, 38, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with failure to appear on use/possession of a controlled substance charge. He was ordered to pay $1,333.80.

*Theresa McDonald, 45, of Mobile was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with illegal possession of a credit card. She was ordered to see the judge.

*Mark Daniels Jr., 38, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with trespassing. Bond was set at $500.

*Gaines Bonner, 25, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with violation of probation.

*Joseph Jerome Smith, 46, of Citronelle was arrested Sept. 19 and charged with felony DUI. Bond was set at $5,000.

*Jeffery Lynn Rothe, 40, of Okean, Ark. was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with alcohol possession in a vehicle. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Dennis L. Brewer, 43, of Millry was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with alcohol possession in a vehicle. Bond was set at $1,000.

*Andra Debrel Boykin, 44, of Mobile was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with failure to appear on a driving while revoked charge.
