Correction

The South Alabamian erred in stating in the Jackson City Council report last week that SouthWest Bank has been sold.

SouthWest Bank has not been sold. The trust department of Wachovia Bank was sold to U.S. Bank and the city decided to appoint Regions Bank the paying agent for its 1999 and 2002 general obligations warrants.
