William A. Flowers William A. Flowers, 55 of Jackson, a self-employed logger, died Aug. 30, 2006 at his home in Jackson. He was a native of Camden. Survivors include his wife, Nora Flowers of Jackson; son, Thomas Sticher of Jackson; two daughters, Laura Ann Flowers of Georgia and April Flowers of Mississippi; two brothers, Jimmy (Janet) Flowers and Stanley (Fancie) Flowers, all of Jackson; four sisters, Shirley (Rayford) Overton of Grove Hill, Glenda (Burl) Goodman of Dickinson, Angie Flowers of Excel and Denise (Terry) Hayles of Jackson; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The graveside service was Aug. 31 in the Coy Cemetery in Coy with the Rev. Al Crawford officiating and O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Thomasville directing. Pallbearers were Burl Goodman, Billy Champion, Rayford Overton, James Overton, Daryl Overton and Johnny Overton.
Honorary pallbearers were Keith Harbin and Phil Gilchrist.
