Washington County Sheriff's Report The Washington County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests during the past week: +Susan Phillips, 44, of Leroy was arrested Aug. 28 on a grand jury indictment for promotion of prision contraband. Bond was set at $1,000. +John Day Leblane, 30, of Tibbie was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with failure to pay child support. He was ordered to see the judge. +Amanda Sullivan, 26, of Wagarville was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with violation of probation. +Joerine Sullivan, 40, of Calvert was taken into custody Aug. 28, to serve 38 days on a charge of use and possession of a controlled substance. +Ricky Eugene Sullivan, 38, of Millry was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000. +Desiree Pretchette, 42, of Mobile was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with failure to appear on a DUI charge. He was ordered to pay $1,029. +Robert "Ras" Box, 40, of Malcolm was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with promotion of prison contraband. He was ordered to see the judge. +Marvin James, 46, of Plainfield, N.J., was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana. He was ordered to see the judge. +Dan Richardson, 55, of McIntosh was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. +Jimmy Curtis Franks, 25, of Millry was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $500. +Byron Roderick Taylor, 43, of Theodore was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. +Mario Sinclair Dickinson, 20, of Leroy was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with second degree receiving stolen property. He was held without bond. +James Edward Franks, 55, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with public intoxication and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500. +Casandra (Diane) Washington, 27, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000. +Richard Lamar Forbus, 44, of Millry was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. +Justin Lance Oates, 20, of Millry was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with second degree possession of marijuana and alcohol possession in a vehicle. Bond was set at $3,500. +William L. Anderson, 36, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,200. +Sheldon Anderson, 27, of Leroy was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with second degree assault. He was released into the custody of a family member. +Willie Smith, 31, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with harassment. He was ordered to see the judge. +Tracy Gene Dubose, 38, of Yellow Pine was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and harassing communications. Bond was set at $3,000. +Fred S. Cooper, 67, of Chatom was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with failure to appear on a charge of negotiation of a worthless negotiable instrument.
+Luther Carson Weaver, 53, of McIntosh was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with second degree assault. He was ordered to see the judge.
