Jesus wants to give us complete healing

Acts 3:6 "Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk."

When Peter said to the lame man "such as I have give I thee" he immediately went on to say, "In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk." Then Peter took the lame man by his right hand, lifted him to his feet, and when he did, strength came into the lame man's feet and ankles and he began to stand, walk and then leap praising God.

There is no problem or situation that is beyond the ability of Jesus to cure it. The question is...what will we do with the words in the Bible? How will we respond when we hear, "In the name of Jesus rise up and

walk?" Do we really want to turn in our problems for a new way of life? Or have we become so accustomed to sitting in our lameness that we don't want to "Get up"? Do we really believe that Jesus Christ can make us whole?

Jesus doesn't want to just heal us on the surface. His heart's desire is to give us complete healing, down into the deepest crevices of our soul. He longs to get to the root of what is keeping us from wholeness.

Let Him do His full, cleansing, healing work in you.
