     Randal Oliver Childs Randal Oliver Childs, 58, a native of Langdale and a resident of Jackson, died Aug. 1, 2006 at a medical facility in Birmingham. A carpenter for CHC Builders, he was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Walker Springs and the Clarke County Mounted Sheriff's Posse.
