Peebles Grand Opening and ribbon cutting
The new Peebles store in Jackson, which is located in the building previously occupied by Moore's, conducted its grand opening and ribbon cutting last Thursday, Aug. 3. Above, Mayor Richard Long (left) and Peebles Manager Daryl Myers cut the ribbon to officially open the store. Also in attendance were Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce Director LaShaunda Holly (right) as well as other members of the chamber of commerce and city of Jackson employees. The public was treated to live music and special discounts for the event.
