Golf scramble to benefit auto crash victim Bonnie Blackwell

On Saturday, Aug. 19 beginning at 8 a.m., a 4-Man Golf Scramble is planned at Deerfield Golf Course in Chatom.

All proceeds will go directly to the family of Bonnie Blackwell to help defray expenses incurred during herrecovery. Blackwell was severely injured in an

automobile accident and is currently at Shepherd's Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta.

Cost per team is $500 and includes lunch and prizes.

All donations are tax deductible. Make check payable to Chatom United
