Courtney Berry named as All-American Scholar

Courtney J. Berry Courtney J. Berry Courtney J. Berry of Jackson was recently named an AllAmerican Scholar to the U.S. Achievement Academy.

To be named as a scholar, students must earn a 3.3 or higher grade-point average and be nominated by a school instructor or counselor. She was also nominated for the history and government award.

Berry attends Jackson High School and was nominated by teacher, Tracey Young.

She is the daughter of Marilyn and Johnny Berry of Jackson. Berry is the granddaughter of Margleen and Johnny Berry, also of Jackson.
