Alabama Power’s Judy Graham (seated, right) officially made the presentation of a building the company no longer uses and the use of a communications tower to the city of Jackson. Mayor Richard Long (seated, left) expressed appreciation to Alabama Power for its efforts in enhancing emergency communications for the city.
